Mego2, Inc. (“Mego2,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of children and families who use our 2XL AI Robot Toy Companion and its related web-based application (the “App”). From children: first name or nickname, age, voice/audio recordings, and activity data. From parents/guardians: name, email, password, and verification details. Automatically collected: device type, operating system, browser type, IP address (general location only), and anonymized usage metrics.
2. How We Use the Information
We use collected information to provide and improve the App, personalize the child’s experience, authenticate accounts, offer support, and comply with legal requirements.
3. Parental Consent and Control
We require verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13. Parents can review, delete, or stop the collection of their child’s personal information by contacting us.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers, when legally required, or in the event of a business transfer.

Child audio/voice data is stored only as long as needed for functionality. Account information is retained until deleted by the parent. Usage data may be kept in anonymized form.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites linked from our App.
